production method | reaction equation: the mixed solution of 2,2 ',3,3'-tetrachlorobenzidine and 35% hydrochloric acid and water is cooled to about 5 ℃, nitrous acid solution is added at 5~10 ℃ and reacted for 30min, activated carbon is used to adsorb and destroy excess sodium nitrite. The diazonium salt solution is filtered for later use. Dilute acetic acid is added dropwise to the mixture of 2, 4-dimethylacetanilide, water and sodium hydroxide, and the pH value is adjusted to about 6. After adding diazonium salt dropwise, continue to stir for 0.5h, raise the temperature to 90~95 ℃, and maintain for 30~60min, filter and dry to obtain yellow pigment. |
